Your Counseling Room is a mobile interactive story game centered around psychological counseling. Situated in a three-story building, you play as a novice counselor, meeting various clients who come for counseling and guiding them towards better days.
Enjoyment in Choices
As you engage in conversations with different characters, each with their own stories, you will face moments of decision-making. Depending on your choices, the rapport (a psychological term referring to the interpersonal trust relationship between people) with your clients will vary, along with the appearance of the clients you meet, the flow of the story, and ultimately, the outcome.
Enjoyment in Collecting
Throughout the game, you will collect mission achievement badges, various emotion cards, and story cards. Fill in the blank spaces in your counseling journal, gaining a deeper understanding of your clients and making the best choices.
Enjoyment in Learning
As different clients come and go at the counseling room, the positive relationships you form with characters like Sojangnim, Jay, and Yulmu, who reside in the counseling room, will develop. You can learn more about their backgrounds or past stories, stimulating your curiosity.
Perhaps you will discover aspects of yourself or people in your life through the clients. Although the difficulties the characters face may initially seem unique, upon closer examination, you may realize that they are universal stories that we have all experienced or may encounter in the future.
